Since opening our boutique, we estimate that 90% of women we've fitted are wearing the wrong size bra. At Sienna, we don't use a tape measure to calculate your bra size, as this does not account for shape or volume. Instead we assess the fit of the bra according to the individual's shape, size, and needs.
So why is it important to wear the right size?
Whether you're an A or a K cup, a correctly fitted bra will make you look and feel better about yourself. It'll give you greater support, improved posture, it'll remove those unsightly bulges and lumps visible under fitted tops, as well as removing the irritation caused by underwire digging into your breast tissue.
It is important to understand that there is no definitive bra size, as the size you need will vary depending on the brand, style and fabric of the bra. Your breast size can fluctuate and just 7lbs lost or gained can alter your bra size. During your monthly cycle, it is possible to increase by a whole cup size.
